Mitchell Cepler , CPA

Mr. Cepler joined RBC Rochdale in 2011 and has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. He serves as Senior Vice President of Finance. He is a member of the Executive Management Team and Co-Chair of the Fair Value Committee.

He is responsible for leading the accounting and finance teams, as well as the billing function. Additionally, he is the Chief Financial Officer of the firm’s mutual fund family, and Financial and Operations Principal (FinOp) of the firm’s broker-dealers. Mr. Cepler served as Senior Controller of Rochdale’s predecessor company.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cepler was the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for ESP Technologies Corporation, a venture capital backed start-up, and started his career as a senior auditor in the financial services practice of KPMG. Mr. Cepler is a Certified Public Accountant® and holds the Series 27 license. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and minor in Economics from Binghamton University.
